PDEX invites shareholders and investors to listen to a
broadcast review of the Company's second quarter and
first-half financial results and fiscal 2004 outlook.
The call will be broadcast live over the Internet on
Tuesday, February 3, 2004 at 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time and
