Pro-Dex, Inc. to Webcast Review of Fiscal 2004 Second Quarter Financial Results

PRO-DEX, INC. PDEX invites shareholders and investors to listen to a broadcast review of the Company's second quarter and first-half financial results and fiscal 2004 outlook.

The call will be broadcast live over the Internet on Tuesday, February 3, 2004 at 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time and can be accessed by visiting the Company's web page at www.pro-dex.com. Patrick Johnson, President and Chief Executive Officer, and Jeff Ritchey, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, will host the call.
